Steve Bowden has joined Constantia Flexibles as regional vice president of Labels NAM, reporting to Mike Henry, EVP Labels. In his function, Bowden will be responsible for leading the labels Business in NAM. Within the coming months, he will be transitioning to his new role, taking over the responsibility from Randy Spear, who will leave Constantia at the end of this year.

Bowden studied Chemical Engineering at Auburn University. In the past years, he has acted as president and COO at Quality Associates (Cincinnati, OH), a contract packager, focused on secondary packaging. Before joining Quality Associates, he spent his entire professional career at International Paper, gaining a wealth of experience in technical sales, as well as full P+L leadership positions, last as EVP of marketing and strategy of xpedx, an International Paper company.

With Randy Spear leaving the company at the end of the year, Rick Spear will remain with the business as technology officer of the labels division, being responsible for future developments and technologies in the labels division.
